The CANNABIS DEPT. offers returns for most items within 30 days of confirmation of delivery. You can consult this page to learn more about our return policy.
Naturally we want you to have a fire experience every time you shop with us! However, it may happen that something goes wrong, effecting your shopping experience. Let’s say you want to return items – we understand it can happen. Therefor, please inspect your order upon receiving it. And contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. So we can evaluate your complaint and find a solution.
Our products
Most CANNABIS DEPT. items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Depending on your location, and on the postal service used, it can take a few days to a couple weeks for an item to reach us when you return it. Once the parcel is received at our fulfilment centre, approximately 3 business days are necessary for your refund to be processed. The timeline of the refund reflecting on your bank account (statement) depends on your bank’s location, and their processing time.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as foods or flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns Costs & Methods
The CANNABIS DEPT. processes refunds for returned items which are defective or damaged. The item must be in the same condition as you received it. Unworn- or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Including a valid Return Form and receipt for proof of purchase.
* Please note that our return label requires you to return the item at your own expense.
Cancellation Right
Within the EU you have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item(s). To exercise your cancellation right please consult the below.
Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after day 1, on which you- or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the final delivery.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must first of all inform the CANNABIS DEPT. in order for us to check your payment details via;

* When using Whatsapp, your phone nr. must (be registered) match the phone nr. in your account/order.
Once this is done, you can start the procedure via this return form.
Consequences of the withdrawal
After you have reached out to our customer service, and we have received the item(s) together with the return form, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via e-mail.
If your return is checked and approved, you will receive money back for the item(s) connected with that order. Including delivery costs (with the exception of any extra costs as a result of your choice for a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us).
We will refund you via the same payment method with which you conducted the original transaction, except for cash payments. You will not be charged any costs for refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
The CANNABIS DEPT. is entitled to put your refund on hold until the goods have been received.
NOTE: Once you have received confirmation for your refund, you must return the goods immediately. But in any event no later than 30 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to revoke the agreement to us, to:

We reserve the right to make you liable for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from the fact that you have used the goods in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the performance of the goods.
